Meander is the name of an artisan shop created by two women who had wandered voraciously throughout their lives. The bundle of sticks in the logo represents ‘found things’ that are kept along the journey. The concept fit in well with the ever-changing jewelry and accessory designs, and the minimalist styling fit well with the target market.
This artisan jewelry line, which was derived from an actual Cherokee family member’s name, needed a vintage, boho look and simple-to-reproduce style. It fits well on both circular or rectangular spaces and is readable at almost any size, yet still retains its character.
This box design was actually a retail dispenser for a packaged product. It was mass produced and then individually assembled on-site. The packaging utilized durable, gloss stock and a UV coating for brightness. FDA compliance was also met in cosmetic and over-the-counter labeling for skin products.
